Quick Start
- Login to the monitoring system
- Find your machine on the Dashboard using search or machine list
- Click machine name to open details page
- Scroll to "Add New Status Report"
- Fill out the form and submit

Turned off or disconnected
Reporting a Fault
- "Running OK": Machine operating normally
- "Problem Detected": Machine has a fault
Problem Type (Required):
- Yarn Break: Thread/yarn snapped during operation
- Stop Line: Production line stopped unexpectedly
- Electrical Fault: Power or control system issues
- Scheduled Maintenance: Planned service work
- Other: Any other problem
Location (Optional but helpful):
- Meter Position: Reading where problem occurred (e.g., "89.2")
- Bar Position: Select Bar I, II, III, or IV
Notes:
Describe the problem in detail
Click "Submit Report" - confirmation message will appear

Best Practices
- Report faults immediately
- Include meter position for yarn breaks
- Write clear, detailed notes
- Report when problem is fixed
- Ask supervisor for help with serious faults
- Delay reporting minor issues
- Leave notes field empty
- Forget to update when repaired
Viewing Fault History
- Go to machine detail page
- Scroll to "Machine Condition Timeline"
- Green rows = normal operation, Red rows = problems
- Export options available (CSV, Excel, PDF)
Troubleshooting
"Problem type is required" error
Select a problem type from dropdown when "Problem Detected" is chosen
Can't find machine
Use search bar or check that filters are cleared
Form won't submit
Check all required fields completed and internet connection
